Does anyone know of a movie/series that features a "human shark"? It is atleast 10-15 years old.

I remember watching a horror movie about this shark that turned human, and could walk on land. I was just a boy, but that movie/series really scared the shoit out of me, and every time I go near a pool or beach I remember the shark..I have tried to find the movie/series with no luck. All I remember is that the shark kidnapped a woman, and it was atleast a 2 parter. He also took the woman he kidnapped to his underground cave.
